What is Boomer Fitness in Toronto?

Our group fitness classes consist of a warmup, cardio, cool down, muscle training for strength, endurance and power, a little balance work and flexibility/stretching.  All done to fun music in a safe and motivating environment.

Is it for you?

  • Do you find you get winded walking up a flight of stairs?  
  • Do your joints feel stiff when you stand up from your computer or out of your car? 
  • Do you just feel a bit blah?

Trish Adams is a certified Personal Trainer through CanFitPro, a certified Senior Fitness Instructor through the Canadian Centre for Activity and Aging (UWO) and a licensed Zumba®  instructor. Trish has over 40 years dance and instructor experience.
